When you purchase something from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. This enables us to both fulfill and support the products you purchase. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system so we can better improve the experience for all our users.

With your permission, we may send you emails about upcoming elections, new products, free and premium content (like blog posts, content articles, YouTube videos, free product offers, live event alerts, etc.), and special announcements.

SECTION 4 – DATA STORAGE

 

Our shopping cart solution is ES/3-Direct. Its hosted and managed by Georgia Software and Data Services. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through GSC’s data storage, databases and the ES/3-Direct application. GSC stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

 

Payment:

 

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wells Fargo Bank stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

NOTE: At no point during the transaction does Voter Savvy Navigators take custody or store your credit card information.

 

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

 

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

General Terms

 

1. Severability.

 

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, the unenforceable provision will be modified so as to render it enforceable and effective to the maximum extent possible in order to effect the intention of the provision; and if a court or arbitrator finds the modified provision invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement will not be affected in any way.

 

2. Entire Agreement.

 

You understand and agree that this Agreement (the User Agreement and Privacy Policy, as incorporated) constitutes the entire, complete and exclusive agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, or whether established by custom, practice, policy or precedent, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Shipping & Returns

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Voter Savvy Navigators (VSN) office hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time (excludes holidays). Orders are processed during normal office hours. The United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS estimated ship times posted do not include VSN’s in-house order processing and handling time (up to 4 days).

 

International Shipping Policy

 

Shipping costs are based on weight, distance traveled and class of service requested through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Typical shipping times are 7-14 business days for international shipping. This does not include any time your order might be delayed going through customs. VSN is not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs or other international shipping delays. You (the customer) are responsible for all charges, and possible surcharges, customs and duties assessments, governmental penalties and fines, and taxes, related to your shipment. Please insure that the items you are purchasing meet all local & national regulation. VSN can not be held responsible for destroyed, lost, refused or returned packages.

All sales are final no refunds or exchanges. Voter Savvy Navigators stands behind the quality of their products. If you discover what you believe is a product defect please contact us, we offer a 30-day from date of purchase replacement option.
